Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using micromoola.com (the "Platform," "Micromoola," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Platform. Micromoola is operated by BroadHoldings. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and BroadHoldings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Micromoola. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and are using the Platform for your own personal benefit, not on behalf of a business or another person. We may request identity or age verification at any time and may suspend or reject any account we cannot verify.

Account Registration & Security

To claim tasks and earn rewards, you must register an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Notify us immediately at support@micromoola.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Only one account is permitted per person; see "Prohibited Conduct" below.

How Tasks & Rewards Work

Micromoola lists tasks available for users to claim, including in-store shopping runs, app installs, and other online tasks. Each task lists its own instructions and reward amount. By using the Platform, you agree to the following:

  • Proof submission. You must submit proof that a claimed task was completed according to its instructions: photos, receipts, text descriptions, and, where required, geolocation and timestamp data.
  • One submission per task. Each claimed task allows a single proof submission. Duplicate or resubmitted proof for the same task instance is not permitted and will be rejected.
  • Review is at our discretion. Submissions are reviewed by Micromoola staff or designated reviewers. Approval, partial approval, or rejection is at the Platform's sole discretion. Completing a task does not guarantee a reward.
  • Rejections include a reason. If a submission is rejected, we will provide the reason. Where a task permits it, you may correct and resubmit proof before the deadline.
  • Task availability. We may add, modify, limit, or remove available tasks, reward amounts, or instructions at any time without notice.

Payments & Withdrawals

Approved task rewards are credited to your Micromoola account balance. You may request a withdrawal once your balance reaches at least $5.00 USD. Withdrawals are paid via PayPal to the PayPal email address on file, and you are responsible for ensuring that address is accurate. Withdrawals usually arrive within 1-4 hours of approval, and always within 24 hours.

For shopping-run tasks designated as reimbursable, a reimbursement for the qualifying purchase is credited alongside the task reward once approved, and you keep the purchased product. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by PayPal, by incorrect payment information you provided, or by circumstances outside our control.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent, staged, altered, reused, stock, or otherwise fake photos, receipts, or other proof of task completion;
  • Create, register, or operate more than one account, or register an account on behalf of someone else;
  • Use bots, scripts, macros, emulators, or any other automated means to claim tasks, complete tasks, or submit proof;
  • Use a VPN, proxy, GPS spoofing tool, or any other method to falsify or misrepresent your location where a task requires accurate geolocation;
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility to use the Platform;
  • Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to manipulate the Platform's task assignment, review, or payment systems;
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of this section may result in submission rejection, warnings, account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of your account balance as described below.

Content License

When you submit photos, receipts, text, or other materials as task proof ("Submissions"), you grant Micromoola a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, store, and share those Submissions to verify task completion, for quality assurance and fraud prevention, and to deliver proof of completion to the businesses or clients that commissioned the task. We will not use your Submissions for unrelated public advertising without your separate consent. You represent that you own or have the right to submit your Submissions and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law. If termination results from fraudulent proof, operation of multiple accounts, use of automation or bots, location spoofing, or other prohibited conduct, you forfeit any unpaid balance in your account. You may close your account voluntarily at any time by emailing support@micromoola.com; any balance already approved for withdrawal at that time will still be paid out, subject to standard review.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any specific task will remain available, that any submission will be approved, or that any reward will ultimately be paid. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroadHoldings and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost rewards, rejected submissions, or issues caused by third-party services such as PayPal. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount of your unpaid, approved balance at the time the claim arises.

Not an Employment Relationship

Use of Micromoola does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and BroadHoldings. You participate as an independent user who may choose to complete optional tasks in exchange for rewards, at your own discretion and on your own schedule. You are not an employee or contractor of Micromoola, and nothing in these Terms entitles you to wages, minimum-wage protections, overtime pay, employee benefits, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes owed on rewards, reimbursements, or other amounts you receive through Micromoola. We may request tax-related information (such as a Form W-9) and may report earnings to tax authorities where required by applicable law. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific obligations.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of Micromoola after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you should stop using the Platform.
