Eligibility
To use Micro Moola, you must:
- • Be at least 18 years old
- • Be a US resident with a valid US address
- • Have a Discord account in good standing
- • Provide accurate information during verification
- • Agree to follow all community rules and guidelines
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and may request additional documentation.
Task Completion Rules
Quality Standards:
- • Follow all task instructions exactly
- • Submit clear, complete proof
- • Meet all specified deadlines
- • Provide honest, accurate responses
- • Use your own devices and accounts
Prohibited Actions:
- • Sharing tasks with others
- • Using bots or automation
- • Submitting false or misleading proof
- • Creating multiple accounts
- • Attempting to game the system
Payment Terms
Payment Process:
- • Tasks are reviewed within 10 minutes of submission
- • Approved tasks are batched for payment
- • Payments processed multiple times daily
- • Minimum payout thresholds apply by method
- • Payment confirmations sent automatically
Disputes & Rejections:
- • Rejected tasks include specific feedback
- • Staff reviews submissions for approval or fixes needed
- • Payouts processed within 48-72 hours after approval
- • Final decisions made by senior moderators
- • Cheating results in ban and forfeited payouts
Account Suspension & Termination
Warning System:
- • First violation: Warning and guidance
- • Second violation: 24-hour suspension
- • Third violation: 7-day suspension
- • Continued violations: Permanent ban
Immediate Termination:
- • Fraud or intentional deception
- • Harassment of other members
- • Sharing confidential task information
- • Attempting to circumvent rules
- • Multiple account creation
Legal & Liability
Limitation of Liability:
Micro Moola provides this service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced in Discord with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
