Getting Paid: How PayPal Payouts Work on Micromoola

3 min read

You did the task. You snapped the photos. You got approved. Now for the part that actually matters: getting the money into your PayPal account. Here's exactly how payouts work on Micromoola, from the second your balance moves to the moment PayPal pings your phone.

How your balance works

Every approved task pays straight into your Micromoola balance. The moment a reviewer approves your submission, the reward lands in your account. There's no holding period between approval and balance credit, and no points system to decode. A $1.50 task pays $1.50. The Walmart Shopping Run pays your full purchase back plus $100.

Your dashboard shows two numbers. Your current balance is what you can withdraw right now. Your lifetime earnings track everything you've made since signing up, which is a nice number to watch climb.

Why there's a $5 minimum

You need at least $5 in your balance to request a withdrawal. That's the whole rule. We set the bar low on purpose: plenty of platforms make you grind to $20 or $50 before you see a cent, and we think that's a trust killer.

Five dollars is one or two small tasks. And if your first task is the Walmart run, you'll blow past the minimum by a factor of twenty on day one.

Requesting a withdrawal

When you're ready to cash out:

  1. Open the Withdraw page in your dashboard.
  2. Enter your PayPal email. Check it twice. A typo here is the number one cause of delayed payouts.
  3. Enter the amount ($5 or more, up to your full balance).
  4. Hit request.

The amount is held from your balance immediately, so what you see after requesting is what's still spendable. Your request goes into the payout queue for processing.

How fast PayPal pays

Most withdrawals are paid within 48 hours of the request. Once we send it, PayPal delivery is effectively instant, so the wait is our processing window, not PayPal's.

A few things can stretch the timeline: a mismatched PayPal email, a first withdrawal on a brand new account, or a weekend request landing in Monday's queue. None of these are cause for panic. If it's been more than 72 hours, ping support and we'll chase it down.

If a payout gets rejected, you keep the money

Rejected withdrawals happen. Usually it's a bad PayPal email or an account flag that needs a quick look. Here's the important part: a rejected payout refunds the full amount straight back to your balance. Nothing disappears. Fix the issue, then request again. Your earnings stay yours the entire time.

Keep your approval rate high (and your payouts boring)

The fastest path to reliable money is a clean track record. Every approval and rejection is tracked on your profile, and taskers with strong histories get smoother reviews. Six habits that keep you in the green:

  • Read the task twice before starting: most rejections are instruction misses, like buying four products when the task said five.
  • Shoot clear, well-lit photos: if the reviewer squints, you risk a reject. Retake blurry shots before submitting.
  • Get the full receipt in frame: store name, date, items, and total all visible in one shot.
  • Submit right after finishing: fresh proof is easy proof. Same-day submissions sail through review.
  • Stay on location: tasks tied to a store check that your submission actually came from there. Do the task where it says.
  • Stick to one PayPal email: use the same address every time so payouts never trip a mismatch check.

That's the whole system. Do real tasks, upload honest proof, and the money shows up. Your balance is sitting there for a reason, so go request that first withdrawal.
